How do I get started with JSOAT?
Just download the app, pick your training split (3-6 days), and choose between Standard (~75 min) or Condensed (~45 min) workouts. That's it—open the app and start lifting.
What's the difference between PL, BB, and AW?
PL (Powerlifting) focuses on heavy, low-rep strength work. BB (Bodybuilding) uses moderate reps for muscle growth. AW (Accessory Work) targets isolation exercises to balance your physique. Every workout combines all three.
Can I customize my workout split?
Yes. Choose from 3, 4, 5, or 6-day splits. For 6-day splits, you can also select a focus area (Shoulders, Chest & Back, or Legs). You can change your split anytime in Settings.
How does streak tracking work?
Complete your scheduled workout and your streak grows. Rest days count toward your streak as long as you keep hitting your workout days. Miss a workout day and the streak resets—but no guilt trips, just get back to it.
What if I need to skip or move a workout?
Life happens. You can adjust your split anytime. If you miss a day, your streak resets but your progress doesn't disappear. Just pick up where you left off.
Is my data backed up?
All your data stays on your device. We don't have servers storing your workouts—your progress is private and secure on your phone. If you delete the app, your data goes with it.
What rep schemes are available for powerlifting?
You can choose from 7×2, 5×3, 4×4, 3×5, or 2×7—all targeting around 14-16 total reps for strength building. The app saves your weight for each exercise so you can track progression.
